![]() About Us FROM TV PRODUCER TO EVENT PRODUCER Alicia Jacobs is the owner of AJ Management, a consulting firm founded in 1998. Her forte is taking ideas from concept to completion through providing leadership, project & event management, and pitching media stories. As a former Emmy Award Winning Executive TV producer and Special Events Guru, she knows what it takes to get the job done. It is called producing! FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION Jacobs experience includes over 18 years of marketing, public relations, media & community relations, special events, fundraising, TV production, corporate development, volunteer recruitment and management, in both the profit and non-profit. Her career has included the fields of healthcare, entertainment, sports, hospitality, and television production. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Jacobs has a passion for helping other and making a difference in her community. She has received recognition and awards for her community service. Jacobs is on the Board of Chancellors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) of Northeastern New York, and the Board of Directors for Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) of the Capital Region & The Stakeholders Foundation. She also serves on number of committees and has held leadership positions as Past President of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) of Northeastern New York and JDRF Annual Golf Tournament Co-Chair (2003 -2007). Jacobs was also on the International Communications Task Force for JDRF National. Jacobs is a member of Southern Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce, Shen Community Coalition, Malta Business and Professional Association and Women in Development.
